Ali Yalın Tuna

Ali Yalın Tuna has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and M&A. During this time he worked amongst others in Ege Invest between 1998-2003 as Senior Research Analyst. Yalın also has built industrial sector experience during 2005-2007 when he acted as Restructuring Manager position in Arat Tekstil, a listed textile company. Recently, Yalın worked for Ashmore Private Equity Turkey as Investment Director. Beyond his current involvement in VCP, Yalın holds the Assistant General Manager position in Denge Holding, a financial conglomerate that has interests in several financial companies and in Borbanka dd Sarajevo. He is mainly responsible for relations with Capital Markets Board and the founding of a private equity firm within the group. Yalın holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Boğaziçi University İstanbul and has a very good command of both spoken and written German and English.
